When making this application to be a VIP member of Vogue Bio (HK) Limited (hereinafter referred to as the company), I hereby agree and undertake to abide by all the terms and conditions below:

1. I am 18 years old and above.
2. I am an independent contractor / businessman and NOT an employee or agent of the company. I am NOT authorized to act on behalf or bind the company or its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers or employees.
3. I agree to pay the membership fee and other registration charges currently enforced by the company.
4. I agree that the distributorship is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of approval by the company and subject to renewal as per Rules and Regulations.
5. I shall honestly and truthfully represent the quality, value and performance of the company products and reflect the integrity of the company through my words, actions and conduct. I will not make any statements, claims or representations to customers or prospects unless so stated in the materials provided by the company. Any comments, claims or representations made by me without the company's consent will be my responsibility.
6. In sponsoring more distributors to join my network, I will truthfully and honestly portray the earning potential of the company marketing plan. I will make no specific earning representation or income guarantees. I shall conduct my business in a just and fair manner.
7. I shall not display or sell any of the company products at any retails shops, outlets or counters, shopping complex or departmental stores or online marketplace without prior written consent from the company.
8. I agree that any published materials, brochures, catalogues or magazine bearing the company logo, the trademark are the property of the company. Any reproduction of the said properties without the company's prior consent is strictly prohibited.
9. I agree that the company reserves the right and authority to reject this application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
10. I agree that the company has the right and authority to take whatever action deemed fit and necessary against me at any time for non-compliance, breach and/or violation of any Rules and Regulations and government laws.
11. I shall abide by all Rules and Regulations currently enforced by the company, and agree that the company reserves the right and authority at any time to amend, alter, add or delete any regulations as deemed fit and without prior notice.
12. Please be reminded that the name of the bank account given during the registration of Vogue Bio (HK) Limited’s membership must be belong to the member who have signed up for membership. Vogue Bio (HK) Limited will only liaise with the particular member for any related dealings and will not be responsible or be held liable from any possible dispute arising between the bank the member and the bank account holder.
13. I agree and abide by the company's distributor registration and placement regulations. After 7 days of signing this distributor registration form, Company have full authority to handle it at its sole discretion if the sponsor's username was not provided.
